1. Subscription Plans

Wealth Alert offers three flexible subscription tiers designed to support Amazon sellers at different stages of their journey:

– Bronze Plan: $97/month
– Silver Plan: $197/month
– Gold Plan: $297/month

2. Billing and Payment Processing

2.1 Payment Method
– All payments are processed securely through Stripe on our member portal at member.wealthalert.com
– We accept all major credit cards
– Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely by Stripe, never on our servers

2.2 Billing Cycle
– Subscriptions are billed monthly
– Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe
– Payments are processed automatically on your billing date

3. Our Commitment to Value

At Wealth Alert, we believe in delivering exceptional value through:
– Handpicked, verified product leads with an average profit of $8
– Top 1% BSR leads for maximum selling potential
– Up to 50% average ROI opportunities
– Daily weekday lead delivery
– Access to our premium member portal for lead management

4. Subscription Management

4.1 Cancellation Policy
– No long-term contracts required
– Cancel anytime policy
– Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
– No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

4.2 Plan Changes
– Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the member portal
– For users on the 5-day free trial, plan changes take effect immediately
– For users on paid plans, plan changes take effect the next day
– Prorated charges/credits will be applied when changing plans mid-cycle

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service. Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate value provided through our leads:
– All sales are final
– We do not offer refunds for past subscription periods

6. Account Status

6.1 Active Status
– Your account remains active as long as payment is current
– Access to leads and portal features continues uninterrupted

6.2 Payment Failure
– Account access will be suspended immediately upon payment failure
– A new credit card must be added and successfully charged to restore account access
– No grace period is provided

7. Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices at our discretion.
